Today we are going to do some on the spot jumps and technique and some legs and bum workouts. I am splitting the group again just to make it easier. Please check which group you are in 🙂
Star 1-4: 4:00 – 4:30pm
Star 5 & up: 4:45 – 5:15pm
If you are unsure of what category you are, assume you are in the Star 1 – 4 category. Those of you that have competed Star 5 or higher should know that you are in the more advanced group 🙂
