Go to bed. Will get both boys to do it today. Brandon made us so the off ice. I can’t do the heel clicking thing with your hands down, I almost killed a plant doing the jumping spinning thing, and most things that require greater than 45 degree leg spread stretches don’t work very well with me :-). Heheheh
LOL!!! That is amazing!!! Seems so much easier watching them do the exercises, doesn’t it?! The older we get, the harder it gets … truly! 🙂
